Slaw
This website has some good, simple recipes.
Finely shred 1/4 wombok & 1/4 red cabbage, thinly slice 1/2 red & 1/2 yellow capsicum, 1 medium carrot grated, 3 green shallots thinly sliced, 2 Tblsp sunflower seeds. Tahini & Orange Dressing: 1/4 cup tahini (unhulled has more calcium), 1 Tblsp rice wine vinegar (or whatever you have), 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice. Combine the veggies, drizzle over the dressing and sprinkle with seeds.
