Chop 1 head & stem of organic broccoli, 1 leek sliced, 1 cup peas, 3 Tsp cashews, 1 teasp cumin, 1 L vegie stock, mint to serve. Saute leeks in a little olive oil, sprinkle cumin over and stir for a minute. Add other ingredients, simmer until cooked. Blend and serve with mint. Dinner or lunch in 15 minutes! This also includes your daily serve of legumes (in the peas). High fibre, folate, Vit C, antioxidants and good fats. AND it's Cancer prevention food without thinking about it.
