This is really easy: Found this recipe on the back of Herbie’s Spices Black Limes packet (deli, or just use fresh limes). I made a couple of small changes. 2 teasp each of cumin, black pepper (reduce if children eating this), ground cardamom, turmeric. 2 black limes pierced a few times, 1 dsp coconut oil, 2 onions chopped, 3 garlic cloves crushed, 1 green chilli chopped, 1 bunch each dill & coriander chopped, 3 tomatoes chopped, 2-3 Tblsp tomato paste, 2-3 cups filtered water, 4 Australian, wild white fish (I used ling). Saute onion in oil for a few minutes then add tomatoes, paste & 1/2 the spices. Stir then add limes, fresh herbs & water. Dust fish with remaining spices and poach in stew. Takes 10-15 minutes depending on size of fish fillets. Serve with Rice Plus or a mix of black, brown & red rice and some steamed broccoli, beans and peas. This is totally delicious and my current favourite fish recipe.
