Energy Packed Lunch or soggy sanger?

This was my lunch today. Leftovers as usual. Steamed carrot, pan-cooked zucchini & chicken (in a mix of harissa & yogurt), soaked coarse burghul (I prefer this to couscous these days for the nuttier texture) steamed with corn (another whole grain) with salad leaves, cucumber sliced using the peeler, avocado, pomegranate, freshly picked tomatos and dressing (white balsamic & olive oil) Refreshing, tasty and vitamin packed energy food covering all our bases of protein vegies and whole grains. Double yum!
