I'm over porridge now that Spring is here. So please try my muesli and let me know what you think.

Michelle's Muesli is full of energy and delicious.  

350 g organic rolled oats
125 g quinoa flakes (tasty and high protein)
1 cup / 100 g LSA (fibre and B Vits fuel)
1 cup / 100 g Sunflower seeds – Vit E (can substitute for your blood type)
1/3 sultanas (must be organic to avoid the sulphite preservative)
1/3 cup almonds roughly chopped (I just chopped them into 3)

Serve with fresh fruit.  I've been enjoying 3 sliced strawberries lately and organic milk.  It would also
be delicious on top of plain organic yogurt.
