Raw Nutella, and it’s Healthy! Nuts & coconut oil are a good fats for our brains. Organic cacao is packed full of antioxidants and also good for our brains, just remember it has caffeine so don’t eat too much of this, especially at night.  2/3 cup hazelnuts, 1 cup cacao powder, 100g organic coconut oil, 60ml – 100ml maple syrup. Soak hazelnuts in filtered water overnight. The next day drain and rinse. Whiz in a food processor until fine. Add a pinch of salt, 1/4 cup of cacao & whiz, then 25g coconut oil, whiz. Keep alternating until all is combined. Add maple syrup in a thin stream to form a paste. Store in an airtight glass jar. Yum! I found that 60ml maple syrup was enough. I’m also going to make Nutella Balls with it. Here’s that recipe.
1/3 cup almonds, 2 Tblsp each pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds & linseed meal. 1/2 cup almond meal, 75g dessicated coconut plus 1 Tblsp extra for rolling, 400g healthy raw nutella.
Whiz almonds & seeds until roughly chopped. Combine with linseed meal, almond meal, coconut & nutella. Chill 30 minutes until firm then roll into small balls then the extra coconut. Yum!

Nutella
