This is healthier than the usual version! Water extraction decaf gives the flavour without the chemicals of regular decaf & no kick to the poor liver that cops it too often! I still don’t like regular coffee after my detox… Brew your espresso from freshly ground beans, warm a little milk. Add a flat tsp of antioxidant rich cacao to the cup, stir while adding coffee, 1/4 tsp local honey, milk then sprinkle with cinnamon. My Traditional Chinese Medicine friends tell me the cinnamon balances the negative impact of coffee. Local honey helps your immune system cope with spring blossoms if you’re prone to hay fever. Yum!
