Mousse
from the Delicious Mag: 2 very ripe bananas peeled & chopped, 2 ripe avocados flesh scooped, 2 Tbls hazelnut or almond butter, 1/2 cup raw cacao powder, 2 Tblsp coconut milk, 1/4 cup cacao nibs, 2 x 125g punnets raspberries. Whiz banana, avocado, nut butter, cacao powder, coconut milk with a pinch of salt in processor until smooth. Pour into a shallow serving dish, cover & chill for 30 minutes or until set. Scatter with nibs & berries to serve.
