For 2: Soak 1/4 cup chia in 140ml coconut cream mixed with 3/4 cup of water (overnight or 1/2 hour), or in coconut water or coconut milk. Layer with 1/2 mango cubes and 1/2 banana. Toast some slivered almonds for the top. Perfect!
