Poach, boil, scramble! Eggs are an easy tryptophan & protein rich brain food and have B12 for vegetarians. These were fresh from a colleague’s chooks, delicious and poach really well. They need to be older for boiling. This was breakfast on gluten & yeast free toast (Country Life brand) with avocado (contains tyrosine, the precursor to dopamine. Tyrosine improves sleep, anxiety & mood. Also for under active thyroid & restless legs. For lunch steam some fresh asparagus or beans and have with a boiled egg and crumbled walnuts on a bed of baby spinach. Asparagus also contains inulin which is food for the gut flora. So feed those critters and you wont need probiotics.
