This is full of fibre from the whole grains, nuts and seeds to keep your gut flora healthy and digesting well for you. Cover chia seeds in 3x the volume of water in a glass jar in the fridge so it turns jelly-like. If you like also soak some oats or bircher muesli in a separate jar.  In the morning put a heaped dessertspoon of each with yogurt into your bowl. Top with some fresh fruit, I had strawberries and blueberries and sprinkled over toasted coconut, nuts & seeds for crunch. Rotate the nuts and seeds for nutritional variety and gut health.
